The AFL together with Netball Australia and Medibank Private have put together a Nutrition Booklet to use as a guide to healthy eating for better performance. 

Sports Dieticians Australia have put together an AFL specific regime with areas such as Fluid Needs, Training Diets and Pre Event Diet etc.  A very comprehennsive document.  Well worth a read.  Download the PDF document here

Food Diary
A food diary is available here .  It is recommended that all players utilise a food diary to track their dietary intake.

Stretching

All players are encouraged to stretch at least once per day, preferably twice.
